Growing global structured credit platform is looking to hire an experienced operations analyst or associate to join it's multi-faceted global operations team.

Job Description:


Compensation : $90000 - $115000

  • Coordinate w/ various internal and external counterparties to ensure timely and accurate settlement of transactions
  • Review cash and position reconciliations across complex structures
  • Derivative/Repo/Collateral Management
  • Treasury/Cash Management reporting
  • Liaise with fund administrator to close NAV
  • Partner w/ Technology to automate and enhance processes and reporting
  • Identify potential risk related activities and develop additional controls
  • Assist with audit and regulatory reviews
  • Produce KPIs for management reporting

Job Requirements:


 

  • BA/BS degree in Finance or related degree  
  • 2+ years of experience in financial services operations role
  • Understanding of bonds/structured products  
  • Team player with ability to build strong cross-functional relationships
  • Extremely organized, exceptionally detail and control orientated
  • Ability to analyze issues and implement solutions
  • Strong MS Excel skills
  • Prior experience with any of the following systems is preferred but not required:   SS&C Geneva, Bloomberg AIM, DTCC CTM, Qlik Sense, DTCC Portal, Integridata CashWire
