A well-established, long-running family investment office located in Englewood, NJ is seeking an Operations Manager to help manage the day-to-day operations and investment document management. They are open to train a highly organized, detail-oriented junior professional. This a great avenue to learn the family office investment business and grow within the firm.

Compensation : $70000 - $80000

  • Document organization and management
  • Assist with entity formations

  • Administrative functions as needed
  • Light office management responsibilities (~10%)

Job Requirements:


  • Undergraduate degree
  • 2-5 years of professional experience, ideally from legal or financial services
  • Highly detail-oriented and organization
  • Great written and oral communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
  • Strong desire to learn business and investment functions
  • Strong analytical skills to sift and organize high volumes of data
