Global Alternative Asset Manager with a particular focus in Private Equity, Credit, and Real Estate investing is looking to expand their lean operational support team that oversees everything infrastructure related across the platform that consists of several CLO, SMA, Private Credit, and Public/Private BDC funds.  This is an amazing opportunity for someone extremely motivated who is looking to get involved in all facets of supporting a fast growing diversified credit platform.

Compensation : $100000 - $140000

Job Function:

  • Process and manage all post settlement transactions and work with external vendor responsible for booking and reconciling activity.   
  • Produce excel based reporting for investment team, analyzing positions and cash regularly.
  • Manage and produce monthly reporting for all leverage facilities (Includes concentration and covenant data tests)
  • Review, manage, and submit all KYC requests (internal & external) for all funds across the platform.
  • Manage all liquidity needs of all entities, reviewing a combination of capital calls, distributions, & borrowing capacity, (Asset Backed Facility, Total Return Swap, & Subscription Lines) to fund deals, expenses, and dividends.
  • Manage all banking, prime broker, and facility relationships across the credit platform. Consist of managing all banking platforms, Custody / Novation / Warehousing agreements and fee letters, ensuring efficiency in services, and overseeing the wire approval process.
  • Maintain Internal Security Master, reviewing & approving all reference data (using VPM, Excel, & Internal Datawarehouse)
  • Assist with a firm wide initiative to re-assess all Fund Administrators and technological needs for credit platform.

Job Requirements:

  • BS degree in Finance or related degree
  • Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in either Public and/or Private Credit operations
  • Experience with Clearpar and/or IVP highly preferred
  • Must be a self-starter with proven ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
