Well-established and growing multi-strategy fund is looking to fill an Operations Manager role that will oversee the day-to-day operations of a lean team of 4-5 individuals responsible for the front-to-back support across all their strategies. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is motivated, ambitious and looking to take on a leadership role within a growing platform.    


Compensation : $175000 - $225000

Job Function:
  • Daily reconciliation of trades, investment positions and cash balances to external third parties (banks, prime brokers, counterparties and custodians)
  • Reviewing OTC long form confirmation and/or confirmations via electronic platforms (DTCC, ICE, CME, MarkitWire)
  • Collateral Management and OTC Settlement support
  • Maintaining data integrity, including security master, fee/commission schedule, and holiday calendar updates
  • Assisting with the enhancement and development of ongoing technology, operational processes, and reporting issues
  • Assist with Settlement Breaks for cash securities (equities, bonds, listed options)


Job Requirement:

  • BS degree in Finance or related degree
  • Must have a minimum of 7+ years of both hedge fund and derivative operations experience
  • Ideal candidate will have exposure to full trade life cycle support across equity, fixed income, and credit derivative products
  • Experience with DTCC, TradeServ, IceLink, Markitwire are desired
  • Team-player, organized, detail oriented
