CLO Operations Manager

An Alternative Credit Manager based in New York that is heavily focused in CLO's is launching an adjacent opportunistic credit/special situations fund is actively seeking a dedicated and analytical CLO professional to join their staff as an Operations Manager who can also potentially help support this new fund launch with some general loan closing and asset servicing responsibilities.

Compensation : $150000 - $190000

Job Function:
In this role, the Operations Manager will be responsible for but not limited to the following:
- Building compliance models using POC and draft indenture
- Communicating with PMs and Senior Leaders in explaining the details of each compliance test.
- Completion/Oversight of daily assignments/reconciliations
- Involvement in all aspects of monthly reporting
- Assist in closing, effective date process and reconciling quarterly cash waterfall

- BS degree in finance or related degree
- 8-12 years of related experience out of another alternative credit fund or CLO manager
- full transactional life-cycle knowledge (origination, warehousing, ramp-up, reinvestment, amortization)
- General knowledge of accounting; shadow accounting experience preferred but not required
- Working knowledge of WSO, Clearpar and/or Advent Geneva +++
- The ideal candidate is a self-starter and highly motivated individual who possesses strong interpersonal and communication skills, is very detailed and results oriented, and is both flexible and adaptable to changing priorities.
