Patient Access Specialist
Admin + Office Support
- Greet and assist patients during check-in, ensuring a welcoming and efficient experience.
- Verify insurance coverage and obtain necessary authorizations for procedures.
- Accurately collect and record patient information into the database.
- Schedule appointments and coordinate with medical staff to optimize patient flow.
- Address inquiries, resolve issues, and provide information regarding services and policies.
- Collaborate with billing and administrative teams to ensure accurate billing and documentation.
- M-F 8am-5:30pm (with flexibility! can work 7:30a-5p)
- HS Diploma
- Prior experience in healthcare setting

- EMR experience
