Family owned and operated Long Island, New York based electrical and heavy civil construction company has an immediate opportunity for an experienced Payroll Manager to join their team!  

Compensation : $90000 - $120000

Job Function:

The Payroll Manager will:

  • Directly manage 2 Payroll Supervisors.
  • Analyze, prepare, and input data to process in-house weekly union and non-union payroll for 1000+ employees.
  • Enter and update union benefit information for new and existing employees.
  • Verify weekend time coding, dependent upon union rules.
  • Assure accurate and timely running of union payroll.
  • Evaluate for state tax compliance.
  • Prepare weekly, monthly, quarterly, and year-end reports via ADP.

Job Requirement:

  • 10+ years of experience in payroll
  • Must have multistate payroll experience
  • Must have union payroll experience
  • Must have supervisory experience
  • BS/BA preferred, not required
