A top 20 credit fund by assets under management. They have both Direct Lending, PE, and Public Credit platforms. The firm has had doubled its headcount in the last 3 years.

Job Description:


Compensation : $75000 - $95000

  • Monitor, track and analyze performance at the investment, portfolio and fund level. Includes fund modeling, track record creation while working closely with senior members of the business
  • Work closely with investment team members and external parties to: i) track asset-level information; and, ii) identify opportunities to efficiently organize and present key data and trends;
  • Create and update client portfolio reports (monthly/quarterly/ ad hoc); prepare ongoing and ad hoc investor communication materials, including investor questionnaires, fund performance queries, presentations and reports, while collaborating with Marketing and Deal teams;
  • Ensure the on-going quality and accuracy of performance reporting, maintain the integrity of internal processes and databases used to track key performance and investment metrics at the investment, and portfolio levels including industry, sector, country, investment type, market cap, leverage, and regional exposures, etc.
  • Coordinate and interact with investor relations, compliance, portfolio managers, and operations around new product launches, servicing clients, and delivering custom requests
  • Project work that includes engaging with other internal teams to think creatively and deliver innovative solutions to complex client demands.

 

 

 


Job Requirements:


 

Open to Accounting/ Actuary background

  • Knowledge of credit based financial products
  • Experience with ensuring integrity of data required for reporting and portfolio monitoring
  • Strong analytical, communication and interpersonal skills
  • CFA, mathematical background, a plus
