A NYC-based UHNW family office is seeking to add a personal assistant/deputy chief of staff to arrange for personal and business affairs.

Job Function:


The principals currently have remote/part-time assistants and are seeking a dedicated personal assistant to help manage calendars, estate management, project management, and complex and frequent travel. One of the principals is a high-end FinTech software firm Founder and board member. The couple is based in NYC and is seeking a mostly remote professional.



  • Complex calendar arrangement
  • Estate management, including hiring and reporting with a range of freelancers and contractors
  • Plan domestic and international travel
  • Daily professional and personal correspondence
  • Project management including c-suite level presentations and research
  • Finding local realtors and vendors as needed

Job Requirements:

Job Requirements:  

  • Proven work experience as a Personal Assistant
  • Proven work as a Tech or Financial Services Executive Assistant
  • Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
  • MS Office and English proficiency
  • Outstanding organisational and time management skills
  • Up-to-date with latest office software and applications
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills
  • Pride and accuracy in work
  • Discretion and confidentiality is a must
