A successful CEO/Founder of a global tech start-up is seeking a personal assistant to support them and his partner in a personal assistant capacity.   The position is part-time, 20 hours per week, fully-remote, with once a week attendance to home office for support. The home office is based in Brooklyn.   The role is HIGH compensation, great exposure, with a dynamic but personable, down-to earth principle and family.

Compensation : $90000 - $110000

  • Personal Assistant work supporting the CEO and partner. CEO runs a fast-growing, wildly successful tech start-up firm.
  • Manage Principal and partner's calendars, including daily time management, email communication, phone calls, bookkeeping, household supply shopping, global travel planning, and occasional recreational planning
  • Help organize newborn health appointments

Job Requirements:


  • 2-5 years of personal assistant experience
  • Experience supporting global and busy executive
  • Position is fully remote, but will require occasional attendance to North Brooklyn to assist in family office
  • Smart, savvy, and incredibly proactive
