A premier Quantitative Investment Manager based in Morris County, NJ is looking for a Portfolio Trading Administrator to join their team! The firm has a strong track record over 30 years in the industry, and offers stability and quality work-life balance. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in trade support and a robust knowledge of either equities or fixed income.


Compensation : $90000 - $100000

Job Function:

  • Role will help with all areas of portfolio administration including trade processing, P&L analyses, corporate actions and reconciliations.
  • Lean team works very closely together and has strong exposure throughout the firm.
  • Quant firm places an emphasis on technology and internal systems.


Job Requirement:

  • At least 4+ years’ experience in portfolio accounting, preferably with a financial services or investment management firm.
  • Experience with the following software/vendors is a plus: Advent Axys, Advent Geneva, ISS ProxyExchange, DTCC Omgeo & CTM, SS&C Recon, Advent Custodial Data (ACD)
  • Understanding of the accounting for equity securities including trade processing and corporate actions is preferred.
