A prominent buy side firm  is looking to hire an experienced associate to their team to focus on their Crypto focused investment fund.  

Job Description:


Compensation : $175000 - $225000
Job ID : 13113

Job Function:

  • Work on a small team managing all aspects of deals including underwriting, structuring and execution
  • Prepared detailed financial models and investment memorandum
  • Work closely with leadership of the fund's portfolio companies

Job Requirements:


Job Requirements:

  • Approximately 4-6 years of Private Equity, Venture Capital or M&A experience
  • Proven track record managing all facets of the deal process
  • Excellent financial modeling skills
  • Superb communication skills
