Established and still growing Construction / Real Estate Development company in Westchester County now seeking a talented Project Accountant to join their collaborative and expanding team!

Compensation : $80000 - $90000

Job Function:

  • Overseeing financial aspects of the business including:
    • Preparation of monthly financials
    • WIP schedule
    • Company analytics  
  • Process incoming bills & invoices
  • Cost coding/approval
  • Weekly payroll  
  • Pay invoices (disbursements, authorization, etc.)
  • Reconcile credit card charges
  • Assist with cash reporting
  • Liaise with vendors when billing issues arise
  • Quarterly + year end reporting   

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelors in Accounting, Finance or related  
  • Sage 100 software experience - REQUIRED  
  • Project Accounting experience - REQUIRED   
  • Detail oriented / self starter  
  • Adept oral and written communication skills
