A growing real estate construction and development company in Nassau County is looking for a Project Accountant. 

Job Description:


Compensation : $80000 - $110000
Job ID : 17256

Job Function:

  • Project cost accounting for all projects ensuring cost code accuracy at each level of the accounting cycle
  • Responsible for monthly subcontractor requests for billing and coding of all subcontractor billing to accounting system
  • Responsible for project labor and material costs
  • Prepare monthly AIA payment applications for all construction management and general contracting contracts
  • Manage financial close-out documents and final follow-up of receivable payments from clients

Job Requirements:  

  • 4+ years of construction/project accounting experience
