Luxury residential Owner's Rep/Construction Management firm is looking for an accomplished Project Manager to join their growing team. 


Compensation : $90000 - $125000

Job Function:

  • Luxury residential construction management and owner's representation experience is a MUST
  • High-end interiors and new construction projects - managing budget, timelines, materials and contractors
  • Main point of contact between general contractor and client - well-spoken, attention to detail and good time management
  • Flexibility in schedule as you will be visiting multiple sites each week  


Job Requirement:

  • Luxury residential construction experience is an absolute MUST
  • Management of a portfolio of projects and being the main liaison between client and contractor
  • Problem solving skills, time management, attention to detail
  • Ability to travel between multiple sites and work autonomously
