JOB DETAILS

Job Function:

• Prepare portfolio budget for the fund's underlying property investments
• Work with outsourced property management firm to review and analyze property metrics (occupancy rates, etc.)
• Manage all external property vendors
• Work closely with the Asset Management, Finance and Acquisitions teams on a variety of internal project s & initiatives

Job Requirement:  

• 2 + Years of real estate property management or similar experience
• Strong technical skills (Excel, MRI)
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to prepare concise presentations for review by firm leadership
• Strong multitasking skills
