JOB DETAILS

Job Function:

• Primarily focusing on understanding and interpreting clinical data, main role is extracting and analyzing data for quality improvement and peer review within the department, create provider dashboards  
• Safety component involves education, go to hospital to interact and teach nurses  
• Engage with quality improvement team within hospital, outside reporting agencies, and Healthgrades for performance scores
• Work collaboratively with hospital - join weekly peer review meetings, present at departmental meetings to give updates to stats, work on QI projects with residents and faculty relating to research or designing these kinds of projects  
• Desirable M-F schedule with flexible work from home options - no weekends  

This is a hospital employed position with a base salary for years of experience, CME money and competitive hospital benefits including malpractice coverage

Job Requirement:

• Training as an RN/NP

• Board Certification

• NY License required

• Background in Population Health, Quality Improvement, Data Analysis
