Our client is an established, Global multi-manager platform with more than $15Bil AUM headquartered in mid-town Manhattan. Their Portfolio Teams invest capital across Quantitative Systematic, Macro & Fixed Income, Fundamental Equities and Tactical trading strategies that capitalize on inefficiencies & arbitrage opportunities within the global markets.  They have a broad footprint with global offices across the US, Europe, EMEA, and Asia.  

Compensation : $150000 - $200000

Job Function:

  • Build out cloud-based infrastructure solutions
  • Build out comprehensive research & trading
  • Work with Fund’s infrastructure teams and key stakeholders to build a sophisticated cutting edge trading platform and computational environment

Job Requirements:

  • 3+ Year’s experience at a top Systematic/Quantitative Hedge Fund or Broker Dealer
  • Bachelors in STEM with Advanced degrees (MSc, MFE, PhD) preferred
  • Proven experience with building cloud-based environments & distributed parallel programming—including experience w AWS, Google Cloud, Azure, et al
  • Proficiency building infrastructure working with Databricks, Snowflake, Redshift or comparable cloud-based warehouses
  • Strong track-record translating complex research ideas into code
  • Exceptional communication skills (written & verbal) with the want to collaborate with this high-energy, fast-paced team
  • Experience translating team’s needs converting them into scalable tools & resources
  • Multi-tasker who takes pride in their work-product
  • Expertise in Python & SQL
  • Authorized to work in the US and able to be in-office, full-time
