A global diversified, absolute return oriented multi-strategy fund headquartered in New York is looking for a Receptionist or Facilities Coordinator who is dedicated to providing excellent customer service to employees and clients. This individual will report into the Office Manager.

Compensation : $55000 - $65000

Job Function:

  • Answering, screening, and forwarding incoming calls
  • Oversee all back of the house pantry areas, ensuring they are clean, neat, organized
  • Monitor the operation and use of all office equipment, systems, and supplies
  • Deliver mail and monitor package deliveries
  • Manage scheduling of conference rooms
  • Ensure reception and all conference rooms are tidy and presentable

Job Requirements:

  • 2-3 years of prior work experience as a Receptionist or similar role
  • Demonstrate a professional and customer service attitude with the ability to be flexible
  • Strong organizational, communication, and time management skills
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
