We are partnering with a large-scale NFP organization in New York, NY to hire a receptionist who will report to the organization's AVP of Marketing/Communications. This is a great opportunity to continue to grow your career and work at a top NFP organization.

Job Function:

  • Answering/directing incoming calls, managing donor relations inquiries, following up with donors, handling phone/email correspondence.
  • This will not be a front facing role where the receptionist will be meeting and greeting people.  
  • This will be on the Development, Marketing, Communications team which is roughly 20 people.



Job Requirement:

  • 1+ years of experience in an administrative/call center/customer service role
  • Social Services/Healthcare background  
  • Bilingual in Spanish is also preferred, but not required
