An incredibly successful 75-person hedge fund with a great track record of success for ten years is seeking a super polished, articulate, and high-EQ office administrator. The company has a no hierarchy, no ego policy and administrative professionals are at the table with partners, MDs, investors, and the CEO. The role will be highly compensated due to the professional and industry exposure.

The role is a do-all administrative position cover Executive Assistance, front-office responsibilities, investor relations and marketing support. This position will join a strong team of ten administrative professionals in a collaborative environment  

  • Calendar management for a team of MDs and CEO
  • Meet-and-greet investors and assist with marketing materials, presentations, and long-term planning
  • Reception responsibilities but seen as face-of-the company
  • Event organization and attendance - the firm views administrative professionals as integral to its success as its MDs and principals

Job Requirements:


  • Open on experience but prefer 2-5 years
  • FS experience preferred but NOT required
  • Polish, presentation, emotional intelligence, and collaborative spirit are more important to this firm success than a specific background
  • High-energy, outgoing, no ego, career-based mindset
  • Great hours/comp/benefits
