JOB DETAILS

Job Function:

• This is a full cycle recruiting role, working directly with hiring managers across various locations in greater Manhattan. Sourcing resources they have include, Indeed, LinkedIn, and primarily managing the high volume candidate applications coming through their website.
• Responsible for initial screening, through scheduling interview, through drafting offer letters and onboarding candidates.
• This position will be measured by the candidates ability to build strong relationships with hiring managers and keep up with the volume of candidate applications (100 apps per week).
• Other Ad hoc responsibilities include attending career fairs, college fairs, and other community networking initiatives.   

Job Requirement:

• Bachelors degree preferred, not required
• 2+ years full cycle recruitment experience, ideally high volume within education/non-profit/healthcare
• Proven track record off maintaining HIGH VOLUME candidate applications
• Should have a genuine interest in the mission of a Non-Profit
• OPWDD experience a plus
• Experience building community network relationships is a plus
