Job Function:

  • Candidate Sourcing: Utilize job boards such as LinkedIn, Indeed, and other platforms to identify and attract like-minded candidates who align with WhiteCap Search's values and culture.
  • Screening Resumes: Review and evaluate applications to identify potential candidates for various roles within the company.
  • Interview Coordination: Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring a seamless and positive experience for all parties involved.
  • Interview Greeting: Welcome candidates and provide a positive first impression as they arrive for interviews, ensuring they feel comfortable and informed about the process.
  • Interview Process Assistance: Assist candidates throughout the interview process, providing guidance, answering questions.
  • Onboarding Preparation: Prepare new hires for their first day, ensuring all necessary paperwork and onboarding materials are ready and available.
  • Conduct Screen Interviews: Conduct initial phone or video interviews to assess candidate qualifications, experience, and fit for the role.
  • Administrative Support: Provide general administrative support to the Talent Acquisition team as needed.

Job Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience in using job boards, ATS systems, and Microsoft Office Suite a plus.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • A proactive and positive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow.
