A well known non-profit organization is looking for a Healthcare Recruiting Lead to join their talent acquisition team in Westchester County, NY!

Compensation : $24 - $27

Job Function:

  • Sourcing, screening, and identifying candidates.
  • Posting vacancies, attending job fairs, scheduling interviews and participating in New Employee Orientation.  
  • Assisting in updating job descriptions, surveys, and employment eligibility verification process.
  • Coordinating all HR activities including, but not limited to employee relations, employee of the month, training/development, reporting and compliance.
  • Process routine employment verifications, unemployment claims, workers compensation, disability claims and leaves of absence.  
  • Assist HR and payroll staff with clerical tasks: Filing, Copying, Scanning, etc. as needed.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or a related field required  
  • Minimum 1 year previous relevant experience in Human Resources required  
  • Ability to work independently
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously - good time management skills  
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel & MS Office  
  • Some HRIS experience preferred, but not required
  • Must be fully vaccinated for COVID-19
