A Global Financial Services firm is currently looking for a Recruiting Coordinator to start immediately! This role will operate on a hybrid schedule (3 days onsite, 2 days remote).


Compensation : $20 - $25

Job Function:

  • Partners with three high volume recruiters, another coordinator, and clients: internal and external
  • Plans and schedules candidate interviews
  • Ensures candidates and hiring managers have confirmed schedules
  • Reports back to the business and HR any issues regarding scheduling issues or concerns
  • Provides a seamless interview process for candidates and hiring manager, filling in any gaps and raising any issues with the appropriate team members
  • Manages candidate tracking, tracking data as requested by leadership
  • Works with a high sense of urgency to organize concurrent events, a variety of schedules, and multiple priorities
  • Schedules candidate travel
  • Owns research projects and provide recommendations for best practices
  • Assist with recruiting activities as directed, including dispositioning and screening of candidates
  • Manages Applicant Tracking System (SuccessFactors) as directed
  • Additional HR and TA projects as assigned


Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 1+ years experience in an HR or recruiting related role, agency experience is a plus
  • Well versed in Microsoft tools including Outlook, Word and Excel
  • Interested in developing a career in talent acquisition or human resources
