We are looking for a Recruiting Operations Analyst to support our Financial Services client's Non-Investment Recruiting efforts. In this role you will support recruiters as they hire across all non-investment departments including Administrative Support, Human Resources, Legal, Investor Relations, Technology, and more. We are looking for a highly organized, dynamic candidate who is excited to get their career started in Recruiting.      


Compensation : $70000 - $90000

Job Function:

  • Primary point of contact for high-volume scheduling of interviews, gathering availability, sending calendar invites, facilitating logistics, and confirming and distributing schedules
  • Review high volume of applications and conduct first screening calls
  • Provide exceptional client services to candidates and hiring managers throughout the entire recruitment process
  • Post all roles on job sites and maintain website branding
  • Partner with interviewers to ensure they understand their role in the process, gather feedback, and educate users on recruiting platforms
  • Partner with external recruiters, vendors, and career services teams to communicate role requirements and oversee candidate submissions
  • Manage Shadowing Internship Program experience, and coordination
  • Maintain all data entry in to ATS and CRM ensuring that all candidate interview details, feedback and demographic information are reflected
  • Create, generate, and distribute analytics on recruitment status, pipeline, and diversity metrics on monthly and ad hoc basis
  • Coordinate Interviewer trainings with Learning and Development Specialist
  • Conduct research projects on compensation, roles, technology, pipeline, and DEI topics
  • Administer assessments and function as site administrator for Hacker Rank, creating tests, educating users on the platform, and overseeing test submission and grading


Job Requirements:

  • 1+ years of administrative/coordination experience, Recruiting preferred
  • Ability to communicate efficiently and concisely
  • Highly efficient and effective multi tasker
  • Ability to operate at pace
  • Strong MS Office skills; ideally advanced Excel
  • Power BI or Tableau highly advantageous
