Recruiting Strategy - University Lead

A 2000+ person FinTech leader is seeking to add a University Lead in a strategic role to their five person team. The right person will be a creative and dedicated spirit to a newly-created position. You would be joining our Recruiting Strategy team, which finds ways to attract top talent and form a positive first impression of the firm. Our outreach efforts give students a glimpse into what a career with us might look like, so we think about every detail, from little things like designing custom T-shirts to planning big events for hundreds of attendees.
Compensation : $175000 - $225000

Job Function:
- Collaborate with the greater Campus Recruiting team and other colleagues to identify recruiting needs, create custom outreach strategies, and plan and host events and activities
- Design the campus recruiting plan each academic year, thinking holistically about our larger goals and making decisions on how to spend resources
- Maintain and strengthen our existing relationships with career services and university contacts
- Connect with new schools and programs to expand our recruiting reach
- Take an innovative approach to strengthening our brand recognition among existing and new populations of students
- Develop reports and analytics to measure how effective our strategies are and identify areas for improvement
Job Requirements:
- 10+ years of professional campus recruiting experience, preferably within tech or financial services
- Vision to grow and improve our campus recruiting efforts and a plan to get us there, with a flexible mindset and openness to competing viewpoints
- Passion for working with incredible recruiters and coaching them to their full potential
- Self-starter who can stay organized and handle competing priorities
- Meticulous attention to detail with strong administrative skills
- Able to communicate clearly with colleagues, candidates, and external partners
- Strong event-planning skills and evidence of successful event execution
- Outgoing and excited to participate at career fairs and other recruiting events
- Humble attitude about what you do and don’t know; not afraid to ask for help when needed
- Curious about the operations of the firm, recruiting, and how campus strategy fits into the bigger picture
