As Recruitment Coordinator, you will directly support internal marketing and sourcing efforts within our Financial Services division by creating and managing job postings, working on special projects as directed by the Executive Team and assisting with companywide branding.   The ideal candidate is a collaborative, ambitious team player with proven experience in a corporate work environment. This is a dynamic opportunity for someone who is creative, strategic, and wants to help drive the next stages of growth at WhiteCap Search.

A Day in the Life:      

  • Manage the marketing of new jobs for all finance-related business lines across all job boards and platforms    
  • Create and manage email marketing campaigns for prospective candidates and clients  
  • Execute candidate sourcing functions and utilize all resources to reach target candidate pool  
  • Coordinate availability with job seekers and schedule candidate interviews with clients  
  • Navigate various software to submit candidates to our third-party clients on behalf of recruiters  
  • Initiate new ideas and creative solutions to common marketing obstacles and challenges    
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify roadblocks and innovate solutions

And You Have:      

  • Prior internship, work experience or educational background in finance-related industry  
  • Exceptional writing, editing and proofing skills; skilled at using a variety of content types and platforms    
  • Ability to communicate clearly, effectively, and professionally with managers, peers, clients, the media, partners, and more    
  • Talent for using data, user research and industry trends to generate data-driven insights and reporting and inform content decisions    
  • The ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines         
  • Proficiency with MS Office  365 (required) and CRM/ATS software (preferred)        
  • 0-1 years' experience in a finance, marketing, or operations role (Entry-level candidates encouraged to apply!)
