As a Recruitment Specialist in our Temporary Division, you will maintain strong relationships and ongoing contact with candidates in the healthcare field. Your primary job function is to find suitable candidates who provide clients with qualified professionals. Our Temporary Division places healthcare professionals in these areas: Advanced Practice, Nursing, Travel Nursing, Allied Health, and Medical Support.

Compensation : $50000 - $65000

What You'll Do:

  • Source and build an inventory of candidates (e.g. RN, LPN, MA) looking for temporary work
  • Manage candidate inventory to meet the needs of our clients
  • Conduct formal screenings & interviews of candidates
  • Coordinate the life-cycle process from scheduling interviews to placement on an assignment  
  • Work with the credentialing and compliance department to onboard all candidates
  • Manage ongoing relationships with the staffing support team, including payroll, marketing, benefits, and compliance

And You Have:

  • Experience (preferred) in full life cycle staffing firm recruitment - including sourcing, interviewing, and closing candidates
  • Sales experience (preferred) – including call center, inside sales, outside sales, B2B sales, or cold calling
  • The ability to manage and meet tight deadlines
  • Experience with CRM/ATS software
  • Proficiency with MS Word (required) and Excel (preferred)
