Compensation : $40 - $40

Job Function:

  • Develop individualized Care Plans based on the needs of residents
  • Attend and participate in interdisciplinary care plan meetings
  • MDS 3.0
  • Supervise floor staff
  • Communication with physicians
  • Collaboration with the interdisciplinary team

 



Job requirements:

  • Nursing Home: 1 year (Required)
  • 1 year of management experience preferred
  • EMR experience preferred  
  • NY RN (Registered Nurse)
