Job Function:

  • Prior Authorizations/peer to peer
  • PFT/IOS Appointments
  • Prior Authorizations for Synagis
  • Appeals for Synagis Denials
  • Completing School Forms
  • Completing disability forms
  • Letters for patients
  • Responding to patient related e-mails and phone calls
  • Obtaining lab reports
  • Managing Biologics database
  • Following up on equipment orders
  • Attending clinical sessions and providing patient education


Job Requirement:

  • BLS
