WCS Healthcare is working with the largest community health care clinic on the East Coast who have an immediate opening for multiple full time RNs for their newly opened location in Monticello, NY. The clinic specializes in Women's Health, Pediatrics, Urgent Care and Primary Care. Job Description:


Compensation : $30 - $30
Job ID : 15661

  • Interviews patients for health history, including history of current complaint, and past and present use of medication utilizing patient identifies; document patient charts (must be time stamped and/or initialed)
  • Maintains patient's medical record and charts the following: nursing observation; vital signs; reactions to test, i.e., PPD results, in-house testing, and other pertinent information
  • Prepares equipment and assists physician during treatments and examinations of patients
  • Initiates follow-up, as necessary
  • Instruct patients on healthcare issues, as indicated by physician, diagnosis and/or inquiries by patient

Job Requirements:


 

  • Minimum Education Requirement: High school diploma/ GED Preferred
  • Education Requirement: Vocational/ Technical School/ Diploma Program
  • Nursing Minimum Work Related Experience: 0-1 year Preferred Work Related
  • Experience: 2-4 years Minimum Licensure: Valid New York State LPN
  • License CPR Certification
