JOB DETAILS

Job Function:

• Provide specialized care to patients
• Work in collaboration with the team to ensure every patient receives the safest and highest quality of care with the best outcomes
• Specialized, complex care. RNs deliver care to patients who are often dealing with multiple co-morbidities which require unique treatment plans and the ability to leverage a broad range of nursing skills and knowledge

Job Requirements:

• Graduate from an accredited School of Nursing or Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN)
• Current New Jersey State RN license (or willingness to obtain)
• 2 years of acute care experience in this specialty
• BLS certification from the American Heart Association
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
