Compensation : $50000 - $65000

Job Function:

  • Managing a high volume of job orders weekly, transitioning them from third-party platforms to our ATS.
  • Handling placement cards, follow-ups for approvals in portals, managing travel contracts and updates, and potentially creating candidate/recruiter packets.
  • Organize and prioritize client needs to ensure timely and effective support.    
  • Maintain candidate and client documents accurately and securely.    
  • Take detailed notes during client calls to facilitate follow-up actions.    
  • Draft and qualify job orders using our Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
  • Communicate daily with sales staff to coordinate activities and address inquiries.  
  • Provide general administrative support to the sales team as needed.    

Daily Time Allocation:    

  • 25 hours: Job order write-ups    
  • 10 hours: Placement card write-ups, travel contract completion, end assignment tracking, and other documentation    
  • 5 hours: Payroll follow-ups and approvals (Paid Not Billed Maintenance)

Job Requirements:

  • Experience in a fast-paced business environment, preferably in sales support or administration.      
  • Proficiency with ATS and VMS platforms is advantageous.    
  • Advanced/above-average computer skills, including a typing speed of at least 60 words per minute.    
  • Highly organized with experience managing heavy workload and reporting needs.    
  • Understanding of the healthcare field is a plus
