JOB DETAILS

Job Function:

• Analyzes, reviews, and assists in preparation of the annual Business Plan and Mid-Year Forecast
• Prepare monthly budget vs. actual (BVA) analysis
• Prepares profit and loss statements, financial reports by compiling information, and various monthly closing & cost accounting reports, including WIP reports
• Lead contact in coordinating and establishing the necessary reporting parameters, including financial reporting formats, accounting basis, timing requirements and banking
• Maintaining the general ledger accounts and reports in accordance with GAAP and including supporting backup
• Prepare various journal entries and balance sheet account reconciliations and compile and analyze monthly financials

Job Requirements:

• CPA is required
• 3-7 years experience
• Construction, Engineering, Real Estate Development experience preferred  
• Experience with Excel, JD Edwards, Sage, Hyperion preferred
