Mid size tax and and accounting firm with a family oriented team culture is looing to hire an additional senior to work on a mix of tax and accounting. This is a full‐time position, responsible for performing tax and accounting work as assigned. The successful candidate must demonstrate an ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.  


Compensation : $85000 - $120000

Job Function:

  • Executes accurate and timely preparation of all individual, partnership and corporate tax returns
  • Performs orderly management of tax workpapers
  • Assists in issues of tax resolution
  • Researches tax law and regulation updates
  • Maintain effective working relationships with Partners and staff to review work and discuss changes, as needed, to ensure efficient workflow and excellent client relations  


Job Requirements:  

  • Education ‐ Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting, CPA a plus
  • Experience ‐ Minimum 3‐5 years in recent public accounting
  • In Service – Experienced in the preparation of large, complex tax returns, tax and accounting within the Real Estate industry, and timely, effective reviewing of team member work
  • Software ‐ Working knowledge of automated CCH tax software and tax research tools
