As a member of the Portfolio Management team, the analyst will be involved in all aspects of portfolio management financial analysis, supporting the preparation and maintenance of a wide array of analytical
reporting, modelling and presentations. This dynamic position requires extensive collaboration across various business units across the Fund, including Asset Management, Investor Relations and Finance and
Operation teams within the Fund and at the portfolio companies.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with the preparation of quarterly valuation models; includes review of investment performance track record and any changes to returns and asset valuations. Prepare quarterly iLevel submissions and valuation PowerPoint presentation for Senior Management.
  • Assist with property transactions, including acquisition, disposition, refinancing and management change with respect to its impact on accounting/valuations.
  • Assist with the review and preparation of quarterly results presentations and adhoc requests for the public and private funds teams.
  • Play an integral role in onboarding and integration of new assets into private fund reporting (FP&A Function).
  • Direct involvement in quarterly forecasting and annual business planning, including preparation of business plan templates for both IFRS reporting and private fund reporting.

Job Requirements:


 

3-5 years experience in either of the following:

  • Big 4 Valuations (highly preferred)
  • Real Estate FPA with strong modeling and valuations
  • Big 4 RE/PE Audit experience
