A growing FinTech company is looking to hire an experienced Talent Coordinator to their team.

Compensation : $65000 - $80000

  • Assist with developing and implementing Human Resources and Recruiting processes
  • Work with the head of talent management to evaluate and implement talent acquisition strategies
  • Serves as a key point of contact for talent management programs, respond to questions and ensure stakeholders have insight into the plan
  • Spearhead a number of ad hoc projects for senior leadership.

Job Requirements:


  • Approximately 2-4 years of Recruiting Coordinator or Recruiting Associate experience
  • Interest in helping to expand the company's processes
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
