Compensation : $90000 - $10500

Job Function:
- Daily Responsibilities
- Cash and position reconciliation
- Booking various journal entries
- Update Portfolio Management System for daily transactions
- Update CRM (Salesforce) for daily activity
- Internal Reporting & Budgeting / Forecasting
- Prepare monthly management report (FS) for distribution to senior mgmt
- Assist in annual budgeting & forecasting effort
- Prepare ad-hoc expense analysis
- Assist in preparation of weekly status reports (cash & security) for distribution to senior mgmt
- Firm Investments
- Maintain various schedules for our private investments
- Assist with the funding of new investments
- Assist with private company valuations
- Update CRM (Salesforce) for new investments
- Financial Statement Preparation
- Prepare and book monthly journal entries by entity (LLCs and Corporations)
- Assist in monthly consolidation process
- Assist with annual audit requests
- Brokerage / Regulatory Reporting
- FOCUS, SSOI, SIS filings
- 13F and 17H filings
Job Requirements:
Job Requirements:
- 2-4 years Big 4 experience in financial services
- Would also entertain combination of former Big 4 experience and in house financial services experience
- CPA or parts passed required
