Global Asset Manager headquartered in NYC is looking to hire an experienced Marketing/Content Manager.  This person will be an integral member of the firm's global marketing and investor relations team.

  • Creating and optimizing the content library structure and implement best practices for streamlining content reuse.
  • Proactively build and validate the content library ensuring content remains up to date and accurate.
  • Ensure brand, legal, and compliance rules are applied to all content within the content library.
  • Manage RFP database, performance data, as well as new system migrations.
  • Proactively respond to consultant, client and prospect ad hoc requests.
  • Support the development of Product Information collateral and content for use across all distribution channels.
  • Respond to recurring DDQs and RFIs on investment consultant, third-party databases and WM portals.
  • Collaborate with the Subject Matter Experts on the efforts to streamline how data is sourced and delivered to the Product Information team.

Job Requirements:


  • BS degree in Marketing or related business degree
  • Minimum of 3 years in a related position with the understanding of the
    principles and best practices in all things related to product information/content.   
  • Must have proven experience in proposal content writing.
    Ideal candidate will have working knowledge of the asset management industry (mutual funds, SMA's, as well as both institutional and retail investment bases).  
  • Preferred experience working with FactSet, Morningstar Direct, and Bloomberg.
