Our client is a quantitative Investment Advisor headquartered in New York with more than $2.5Bil AUM and are looking for a Senior Business Development Professional. They specialize in Systematic Convexity trading within Futures & Currencies.

Job Function:

  • Drive institutional asset raising including lead generation, outreach, pipelining, relationship building, IDD ultimately through to close
  • Participate in Hedge Fund conferences of distinction required  
  • Host Monthly & Quarterly and ad hoc Client forums including in-person, calls & entertainment to enhance Client engagement
  • Lead all ODD meetings;  Work with IR & Marketing to address all Client or Prospect queries in a prompt & thorough manner
  • Serve as primary relationship manager for the Consultant base driving asset growth --maintaining existing & establishing new relationships to enhance asset growth
  • Work closely with the Industry's capital introduction teams to ensure the Firm is appropriately represented to prospective investors interested in CTA, STFx and Systematic Futures strategies
  • Develop bespoke strategies with internal & external stakeholders  
  • Negotiate all ISDAs, Side-Letter Agreements and Discount schedules
  • Leverage the Firm's CRM  
  • Frequent travel will be required across the US, EU & AP
  • US Work authorization required
  • 3:2 Hybrid in-office schedule

Job Requirements:

  • 10+ Years experience at a recognized top Hedge Fund with strong experience in Systematic & Futures strategies
  • Proven marketing experience building & maintaining deep relationships within leading Asset Managers, Endowments, Investment Consultants & Corporates  
  • Impeccable communication skills with acute attention to detail
  • Strong EQ with great innate leadership qualities & collaborative mindset
  • Adept critical thinkers who endeavors to be a solution provider
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with high quotient of closing capabilities
  • Advanced MSO, Excel/VBA and basic Python skillset
