A premier global private equity firm is looking to hire a Senior Compensation Analyst to their growing team

Job Description:

Compensation : $100000 - $145000

  • Work closely with division leaders across the firm on planning and strategy related to employee and executive compensation
  • Participate in strategic planning meeting around firm headcount analyses
  • Conduct industry market research and outreach to ensure the firm's compensation packages are highly competitive
  • Analyze opportunities to enhance technology resources and general team processes and procedures

Job Requirements:


  • Approximately 3-6 years of Compensation related experience at a large financial services company
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and a team player mentality
  • Ability and interest in thinking outside he box and taking a proactive approach on expanding job responsibilities
