A growing and successful Tech start-up is seeking to hire an Office Administrator to help keep office functions running and help oversee a small team of EAs. The position will be located close to Union Square with a hybrid in-office schedule. There will be international communication and management with a new UK office.

Job Description:


Compensation : $100000 - $140000

  • Serve as the main point of contact for logistics of the office including vendor management, catering, office supply ordering, and coordination for a new office space
  • Proactively manage office communications and respond to inquiries from employees and guests
  • Manage a team of Executive Assistants, providing guidance and feedback as needed
  • Create an office environment aligned with the vision of company leadership
  • Oversee coordination of office events that build team morale and culture
  • Build strong rapport with leadership and relevant contacts
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously; follow through on all details
  • Respond to requests in a timely manner, including outside of standard working hours as appropriate
  • Provide support and coverage to other administrative team members as needed

Job Requirements:


  • Minimum of five years of office management experience in a fast-paced environment, preferably in finance or professional services
  • An energetic, creative, and autonomous self-starter
  • Impeccable attention to detail and communication skills
  • Resourceful, strategic thinker
  • Proactive with good judgment
  • Client-service orientation
  • Exhibit discretion with confidential information
  • Bachelor's Degree preferred
  • International work experience a plus
