A boutique PE Fund is looking to add a brand new professional to their Finance team. This role will be an all-encompassing role that will work directly with the CFO and Controller on Complex Transactions.

  • Review each fund’s principal documents and access accounting complexities around fund terms
  • Assist in developing and maintaining systems and processes of reconciling to administrators’ records with particular focus on recalculating capital accounts; Drawdowns, Distributions, waterfall calculation, IRR, MOIC and preferred returns
  • Responsible for completeness for accounting & performance reporting
  • Review and approve capital calls and distributions including investor calculations and notices
  • Liaise and develop relationships with custodians, third party administrators, and other vendors
  • Assist in regulatory filing requirements (Form PF and Form ADV)
  • Review and update internal monitoring and marketing presentations.

Job Requirements:


  • 3+ years of Private Equity experience at an Asset Management Firm or Fund Administrator (Big 4 Experience Preferred)
  • Knowledge of partnerships, fund structures, waterfalls, preferred return/carried interest, and capital transactions
  • Advanced Skills in Excel
  • Effective communicator, both written and verbal
  • Ability to independently execute instructions with attention to detail
