Our client, a 300-person multi-strategy fund, is seeking a Senior HR analyst to join their HR team of 5.

Compensation : $120000 - $125000

Job Function:

  • Process monthly and semi-monthly payroll for all firm entities
  • Assist Finance and Head of HR with annual bonus process
  • Track new hire target bonuses and relevant compensation
  • Manage US immigration for firm including F1, H1B, TN, PERMs, Green Cards
  • Mange Singapore Employment Passes
  • Manage UK Visas
  • Evaluate US benefit programs for 2024-2025 and handle annual renewal process
  • Assist in benefits and payroll related questions
  • Manage Offers, Onboardings/Exits, and other projects as needed

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology or other related field required
  • 8-10 years experience in compensation, immigration, US and Global employee benefits preferred.
  • SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP preferred.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Thorough understanding of local, state, and federal laws involving employment, HR, and HR policies
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software
