A Top FinTech firm is looking for a Senior Learning & Development Associate to start immediately! This role will operate on a hybrid schedule. 

Job Description:


Compensation : $50 - $50
Job ID : 16948

 

  • Works across Talent to help develop and implement processes, programs and systems that support their talent management strategy
  • Organize, track and facilitate project and program activities
  • Schedule, plan, document and understand needs of stakeholders  
  • Administer talent management programs and systems according to defined strategy and plan
  • Create and deliver key deliverables, reports, communications, learning materials, and other support resources

Job Requirements:


 

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 5+ years of Talent Management or Learning and Development experience
