Luxury retail and residential general contractor in New York City has expanded their portfolio and is looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager to assist with a portfolio of projects.


Compensation : $150000 - $185000

Job Function:

  • Lead Project Management team at a luxury retail and residential general contractor in NYC
  • Ability to manage multiple employees, streamline project management process, procedures and reporting
  • Competent in MS Office, Timberline, Procore and Bluebeam software
  • Identify with the company and projects - you should be passionate about your career

 



Job Requirement:

  • Previous experience managing a portfolio of projects at a commercial interiors general contractor in NYC
  • Hard working, committed to the end product and scaling the business as they are in a growth period
  • Software expertise in Timberline, Procore and MS Office  
  • Accountability in your actions and leadership - the department is ready to grow as they take on new projects
