A fast-growing Business Advisory firm based in Garden City is seeking a Senior Tax Accountant to work with their clients to improve their financials by analyzing their tax position. The Managing Partner is looking for professionals that he can develop into leadership.

Job Description:


Compensation : $80000 - $110000

  • Execute tax compliance and assist them with tax planning to find areas for write offs/savings
  • Act as a business advisory for clients in all facets of accounting and finance
  • Prepare financials and make business recommendations to clients based on financial statement analysis
  • Advise clients on best practices to reduce their effective tax rate

 


Job Requirements:


 

  • 3+ years in public accounting: tax
  • BS in Accounting
  • CPA a +, not required
