A boutique, family oriented tax practice that places an emphasis on longevity is seeking a Senior Tax Accountant. They are very employee centric and take care of their own. Their motto is to be an advisor and value add to their clients. 

Job Description:


Compensation : $75000 - $110000

  • Prepare individual, corporate, partnership, and trust federal and state tax returns, FIRPTA withholding certificates
  • Provide tax and business consulting services to clients
  • Make recommendations for tax savings opportunities to clients and staff members
  • Execute month end close procedures for businesses
  • Use all appropriate adjustments, deductions, and credits to keep clients' taxes to a minimum
  • Prepare or assist in preparing simple to complex tax returns for individuals
  • Compute taxes owed or overpaid and complete entries on forms, following tax form instructions and tax tables

Job Requirements:


 

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting
  • 3+ years of recent public accounting experience
