JOB DETAILS

Job Function:

• The preferred candidate will have client management, facilities management and project management experience focusing on luxury residential interiors
• Leading a team of 3 individuals and managing up to 10 projects at a time
• Set up the construction site, maintain cleanliness, timeline and coordination of all contractors

Job Requirement:

• Ability to manage high net worth clients and maintain a clean, high functioning job site
• Manage direct reports and subcontractors on job site, set up for daily work and clean up as needed
• Maintenance, construction and facilities experience is necessary
